Harrys wont show in CS 4

I have the same problem Harrys in the plugin filter folder of cs4, I used the wizard to install after downloading, but it will not appear on the filter menu

Please go to Start > All Programs > The Plugin Site > Harrys Filters > Plugin Installer and use it to install the plugin into Photoshop CS4.
